Responsibilities
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations.
- Manage calendars and schedules.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Organize meetings and prepare minutes.
- Perform personal and office errands.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Transcribe notes and dictations.
- Provide general administrative assistance.
- Coordinate with staff and departments.
- Manage personal shopping and household tasks.
- Graduate of any four-year Business course.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Adequate verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highly organized, mature, and maintains strong personal presentation.
- Proactive, with strong initiative.
- Able to work efficiently with minimal to no supervision.
- Consistently demonstrates confidentiality
- HMO upon regularization

- Additional leave credits
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
