What makes this role exciting
As a Payments Transformation Specialist , you’ll play a key role in driving client payroll migrations between payment providers. Reporting to the Payments Transformation Senior Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Payments Operations team, clients, and external providers to ensure smooth and successful transitions.
Main responsibilities

Act as the main escalation point for clients, payment providers, and internal teams throughout migration projects.

Ensure seamless end-to-end transitions to new payment providers.

Serve as the central link between clients, providers, and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely communication.

Maintain and continuously improve process documentation.

Collaborate with external partners to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Track and manage migration projects, keeping all stakeholders informed on progress and key updates.
Experience needed for this role

Experience in platform implementation or migration (ideally within finance or payments environments) is advantageous.

Background in project-related work, particularly involving migrations or operational change.

Strong stakeholder management skills

Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders, including clients, payroll partners, payment providers, and internal teams across different countries.

Ability to manage workloads independently while supporting wider team objectives.

Proactive problem-solver, able to identify and resolve issues across clients, providers, and projects.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to review processes and suggest improvements collaboratively.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with web-based tools
