About The Job
The objective of this role is to assist the Company's Legal department in various areas of corporate law, such as but not limited to corporate housekeeping, drafting and review of contracts and other documents, preparation and filing of reports, signing of contracts and documents, and database management. The Corporate Paralegal will perform legal support services in the Legal Department to support the legal needs of other business units and the Company in general.

The Corporate Paralegal will perform legal support services in the Legal Department to support the legal needs of other business units and the Company in general.
What You’ll Do
- Legal research and Corporate Housekeeping
- Preparation and Filing of regulatory reports and requirements
- Contracts Management (Drafting and review of contracts, updating and improving contracts templates)
- Management and administration of the LRS (Legal Request System) and Legal and Compliance Sharepoint
- Administrative Support (Processing of payments, reimbursements, tickets, request, etc., organizing Team Meetings, and etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Legal Management, etc
- Able to review contracts
- Able to do legal research
- Experience working as a Paralegal
- Nice to have experience in handling database system
- Permanent dayshift schedule
