Para Consultant: Compliance Officer (Up to ₱25K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid (Mon–Wed WFH, Thu–Fri Onsite) | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH Time | Monday–Friday

You own the end-to-end post-placement process for an Australian healthcare recruitment agency — running doctor credentialing, chasing compliance documentation, managing placement logistics (flights, accommodation, ground transport), and keeping every placement’s paperwork accurate and on time. Your work follows established credentialing standards, logistics workflows, and reporting cycles aligned with client expectations.

This is not a passive compliance role. You liaise directly with doctors on outstanding documentation, coordinate travel preferences and cost approvals with clients, and run weekly compliance check-ins with recruiters — always moving placements forward. Best suited for professionals who thrive on structured follow-up, value diplomacy in chase-heavy conversations, and prefer proactive ownership over reactive filing.

You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years in administrative, compliance, credentialing, or a comparable coordination role
  • Demonstrated ability to chase, follow up with, and coordinate documentation from external professionals — with diplomacy under pressure
  • Working proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, plus the aptitude to quickly pick up new CRM software
  • Strong written and spoken English, with confidence making and taking phone calls throughout the day
  • Willingness to work 6:00 AM–3:00 PM PH Time aligned with Australian business hours in a hybrid setup — Mon–Wed WFH, Thu–Fri onsite at Cebu IT Park

Strong Signals

  • Logistics and airline management experience — booking flights, accommodation, or ground transport for professionals or executives
  • Experience with Bullhorn (BH) or a comparable applicant tracking / recruitment CRM
  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, medical staffing, or credentialing operations
  • Familiarity with doctor registration, medical compliance frameworks, or Australian healthcare requirements
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate document review, follow-up drafting, and reporting

What You’ll Own

Doctor Credentialing & Compliance

You own the direct relationship with doctors on everything credentialing-related — firm, diplomatic, and always moving things forward.

  • Liaise directly with doctors on how to navigate the CRM and what documentation is required
  • Chase outstanding compliance documents against a clear escalation cadence
  • Track and follow up on out-of-date compliance documents before they expire
  • Manage chase conversations by phone and email with professionalism and pace

Documentation & Placement Booking

You keep the placement paperwork trail clean, complete, and ready for booking confirmation.

  • Upload all placement documents to Bullhorn (BH)
  • Maintain accuracy of compliance records across the CRM
  • Verify document validity, expiry dates, and completeness before placement confirmation
  • Coordinate placement booking confirmations across doctors, recruiters, and clients

Logistics Management

You coordinate the travel and logistics that get placed doctors to site on time and on budget.

  • Liaise directly with doctors on airline, accommodation, and car preferences
  • Book flights, accommodation, and ground transport aligned with placement requirements
  • Liaise with clients on logistics cost approvals
  • Resolve travel or booking issues promptly to minimise placement disruption

Reporting & Recruiter Partnership

You are the bridge between compliance operations and the recruitment team — visible, structured, and forward-looking.

  • Produce weekly compliance reports for consultants and managers
  • Run weekly compliance meetings with each recruiter on progress and blockers
  • Surface risks, patterns, and priorities to leadership
  • Provide the support recruiters need to keep placements moving through compliance and logistics
