Job Summary:
To operate Production equipment and (or) work in certain positions to achieve the highest throughput with good Quality, high Yield, and the best Cycle Time.
Responsibilities
- Have clear understanding about semiconductor manufacturing assembly and test basic requirement to production line such as ESD/5S/C.C. S and follow these requirements strictly and find out problems to report to production technicians in time.
- Operate equipment or work in other positions according to the specification and/or working instruction to pursue the work correctly.
- Comply with IATF16949 & EHS requirement base on IATF16949 & EHS manual and specification.
- Support production line coordinator to pursue the fulfillment of all production goals.
- Have clear understanding about different kinds of raw/auxiliary material/tools and know how to use them correctly to support high efficiency/cost effective manufacturing.
- Implement TPM and other activities which is helpful to line continuous improvement.
- Fill in different kinds of work sheet to report his/her work result proficiently.
- Other temporary work assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Middle school certificate and above. Technical certificate is preferred.
- Experienced in Semiconductor manufacturing is preferable.
- Experienced in shift working is preferable.
