Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.


We are presently seeking for Operator who shall support the Team Leader in the implementation of all production instructions and schedules.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that safety protocols are observed and adhered to all the time.
  • Provide labor requirements for the assembly and testing of RF5 Leak Detector, LC6 Conveyor Systems, Photocells and smart sensors for LH10MK3 systems.
  • Provide labor requirements for the processing of spares and kits for all APAC Microwave Systems customers.
  • Ensure that required products and volume are consistently met with high quality and reliability.
  • Ensure also other production KPI's are consistently met. Any issue which would result to not meeting the targets should immediately be relayed to the Supervisor and Engineers for discussion and finding resolution.


Requirements:

  • At least Senior Highschool Graduate-STEM track
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry is an advantage but not required
  • Fresh Senior Highschool graduate under STEM track are welcome to apply
  • Must know how to read and follow instructions and procedures
  • Computer literate
  • Must know how to communicate with colleagues, Superiors and Engineers
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Must be keen observer
  • Willing to render overtime when needed
  • Willing to be cross trained to other process stations for flexibility
