As Operations Project Manager, you are a Subject matter expert in Business and Operational Excellence aiming to seek continuous improvement based on future market trends, industry’s best practices and business outlook. You will be responsible for s pearhead ing business critical operational projects that drive operational and network efficiency. You also be streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency and process compliance .

You Will Translate To Key Results Area

• Successfully deliver 95% of projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Achieve 10% efficiency improvement through completed projects annually.

What you’ll do (your mission)

• Plan and execute strategic operational projects align with the strategic road map of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives , and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Lead project review cadences to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Standardize project management frameworks and methodologies for operational setups and expansions.
• Prepare and present project performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the deployment of operational excellence initiatives by integrating CI principles into projects.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree
• Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  
  

Professional Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain .

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical Competencies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

• Licensure / Certification Required
