Through your attention to detail and collaborative approach, you’ll help strengthen operational efficiency, support quality outcomes, and contribute to consistent service excellence.
What you’ll do
Cross-functional Coordination & Performance Reporting
- Serve as a liaison with other departments, including the Customer Service team.
- Present performance findings to supervisors and managers and track o perational performance indicators in line with Customer Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure daily production plans are executed effectively by setting priorities, monitoring hourly progress, adjusting schedules, and reporting processing results in accordance with Operations Bulletins.
- Monitor and manage administrative functions in line with departmental objectives and requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain employee attendance records to analyze manpower utilization .
- Track and manage supplies consumption to support budget control and efficient resource use.
