Operations Coordinator

In this role, you’ll support the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of both on-site and off-site processing operations. You’ll play an active part in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives while ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting. Through your attention to detail and collaborative approach, you’ll help strengthen operational efficiency, support quality outcomes, and contribute to consistent service excellence.

What you’ll do

Cross-functional Coordination & Performance Reporting

• Serve as a liaison with other departments, including the Customer Service team.
• Present performance findings to supervisors and managers and track o perational performance indicators in line with Customer Service Level Agreements.
  
  

Production Planning & Execution

• Ensure daily production plans are executed effectively by setting priorities, monitoring hourly progress, adjusting schedules, and reporting processing results in accordance with Operations Bulletins.
  
  

Administrative & Operational Support

• Monitor and manage administrative functions in line with departmental objectives and requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
  
  

Manpower & Resource Monitoring

• Prepare and maintain employee attendance records to analyze manpower utilization .
• Track and manage supplies consumption to support budget control and efficient resource use.
