You own the accuracy and consistency of high-volume visual data and operational tasks that drive a client’s daily workflow. Your primary responsibility is the meticulous review of thousands of photographs daily, identifying specific items based on rigorous technical requirements and instructions.
This is not a creative or flexible-task role. You operate within high-volume queues, managing defined subtasks and customer correspondence where speed and precision are equally weighted. Best suited for professionals who find satisfaction in repetitive, detailed work, value long-term stability over job-hopping, and prefer a structured environment with clear delivery standards.
You're Likley a Strong Fit If You Have
- Experience in operations, data processing, quality control, or a related support role; open to Fresh Graduates
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined steps and SOPs consistently
- Comfort handling repetitive, deadline-driven tasks with minimal supervision
- Absolute willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park and rotate through night shift schedules starting at 8:00 PM, 11:00 PM, or 2:00 AM.
- A desire for long-term career stability and a track record that does not reflect frequent job-hopping.
Strong Signals
- Previous experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Background in Quality Control or high-volume data validation.
- Local residency in or near Cebu City for easy onsite access.
Responsibility Pillars
Visual Data & Quality Control
You own the integrity of the database by ensuring every photograph reviewed meets the client’s exact identification requirements.
- Review thousands of photographs daily for specific major and minor items.
- Apply strict guidelines and templates to every identification task.
- Execute app data QC, back-filling, and photo migration projects.
Queue & Task Management
You ensure the engine of the operation never stalls by clearing all assigned deliverables before the end of your shift.
- Clear the task queue daily including all related subtasks.
- Follow established guides to ensure correct deliverable formatting.
- Complete listing reviews and referral initiation processes on time.
Client Correspondence
You maintain the professional bridge between the operation and the customer through prompt, accurate communication.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and texts within the response matrix.
- Ensure zero outstanding communications at the end of the business day.
- Assist with marketing research and the circulation of reporting materials.
