What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Customer Development & Engagement
- Develop top key customers through national and customized activities.
- Maintain regular customer engagement to strengthen business relationships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align store-level execution with broader company goals.
- Ensure perfect basics: stock availability, replenishment, visibility, and merchandising across all branches.
- Lead field execution teams to deliver efficient store operations and competitive growth.
- Guarantee point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed KPIs.
- Plan and execute category-growing initiatives (both online and offline).
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities at store level.
- Drive on-shelf availability and “perfect store” targets to maximize sales.
- Ensure successful new store launches by making Unilever brands stand out.
- Coordinate merchandising and visibility to establish strong brand presence from day one.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and merchandising teams to optimize results.
- Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Mid-career with FMCG experience (1-2 years but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI and PPT
- Works well with teams and shareholders
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel locally for work (Trade checks)
