Description

  • Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle calls/emails
  • Coordinate with clients and government agencies for document completion
  • Monitor deadlines and project progress
  • Conduct research to support legal and administrative tasks
  • Utilize legal and government systems efficiently
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality
  • Manage multiple tasks with flexibility, strategy, and time efficiency

Requirements

  • Graduate of Paralegal Studies, Political Science, or a related field
  • 13 years of relevant experience in legal, administrative, or paralegal work preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Teachable, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Knowledge of legal documentation and government processes is an advantage
