This role focuses on written communication, relationship building, and effective pipeline management.

The Non-Voice Client Engagement Agent is responsible for identifying prospective clients through LinkedIn Recruiter, executing targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with prospects through written communication, and scheduling appointments for Entrepreneur's Source coaches. This role focuses on written communication, relationship building, and effective pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source qualified prospective clients.
- Execute outbound InMail campaigns using approved messaging templates.
- Engage with prospects through written conversations and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Schedule Initial Consultation (IC) appointments for TES coaches using company scheduling tools.
- Maintain accurate records within TES systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Meet or exceed established productivity metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and appointment bookings.
- Manage multiple coach accounts while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and overall campaign performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and client experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Initiative-taking with strong diligence and a willingness to learn.
