Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Palo Alto Networks Firewall Operations professional to lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise firewall services. This role is responsible for managing Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewall environments, enforcing security policies, supporting incident response and troubleshooting, and driving operational excellence across change, risk, and compliance processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, policy management, troubleshooting, log analysis, and security operations. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, partnering with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams, and providing technical guidance for firewall configuration, optimization, and operational support.
As a senior resource, you are expected to contribute to service stability, governance, and best practices by ensuring firewall configurations are secure, well-documented, and aligned with business and security requirements. You will also support platform upgrades, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for Security Engineer specializes with Palo Alto Networks.
The role involves designing and enhancing network and security solutions particularly for Palo Alto Firewalls.
Managing and administering PAN firewalls and ensuring optimal network performance through regular health checks.
Responsibilities include reviewing and implementing firewall policies, NAT configurations, routing, and VPN solutions, as well as conducting firewall rule audits to enhance efficiency and security.
The position also entails managing web proxy configurations, configuring, and fine-tuning web application firewalls to protect applications and APIs, and participating in network upgrades, VLAN migrations, and firewall deployments.
Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting, coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary, and developing technical documentation on security processes, best practices, and change management.
