The SFP Field Executive is responsible for driving business growth within a designated territory by developing and managing a strong B2B network and executing impactful B2C engagement strategies.
B2B Management
- Lead scoping and negotiation processes aligned with the B2B strategy.
- Ensure optimal availability, visibility, pricing, and placement of SFP products and POS materials.
- Implement inventory management systems and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize ROI, visibility, and market share.
- Design and implement consumer engagement activities based on market intelligence and consumer insights.
- Drive category awareness and quality acquisition of SFP users in the assigned territory.
- Oversee daily operations of SFP touchpoints, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory, staffing, store appearance, and KPI performance.
- Recommend and support frontliner capability development and performance evaluations.
- Activate strategic touchpoints and engage B2B partners to build a community of SFP users.
- Address territory-specific challenges and identify growth opportunities using data insights.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to increase brand visibility and drive sustainable growth.
- Support the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives through OGSM metrics.
- Monitor and manage budget performance to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure all field activities comply with company policies and local laws.
- Promote safety and environmental standards and maintain company assets in good condition.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations.
- Strategic thinking, agility, and prioritization
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis
