What will you do?

In this position as Modeller, Bridges & Civil Structures, you will support the delivery of bridge and civil structures projects across Australia, particularly in New South Wales and broader ANZ regions. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio, ranging from transport infrastructure to complex structural systems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and help deliver high-quality digital models and documentation that supports major projects and our key clients.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Develop and deliver Revit models and detailed drawings for bridges and civil structures projects
• Produce accurate technical documentation aligned with Australian standards (or similar)
• Support digital delivery workflows, including coordination using tools such as Navisworks
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and drafters to ensure integrated project delivery
• Contribute to model quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements
• Assist in resolving design and modelling issues during project delivery
• Support existing and upcoming large-scale infrastructure projects

You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications (Required)

• 3+ years of experience in civil/structural drafting and modelling
• Experience in Revit modelling and family creation related to Bridges and Civil structures
• Proven experience in Bridge and Civil structures drafting and documentation utilizing Revit, AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• Exposure to Navisworks, BIM360, ACC or other coordination tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo or Python scripting is a plus
• Experience working on Australian infrastructure projects to Australian standards (e.g., NSW or similar) is beneficial
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, pursue learning opportunities and support junior team members
