While the pharmaceutical industry is comprised of large, highly complex organizations, an opportunity exists for entrepreneurial individuals and managers to start small, new entities focused on niche markets within the industry. The Rutgers Mini-MBA: BioPharma Entrepreneurship is designed to help individuals and organizations navigate through the entire venture creation process, from idea generation to building viable BioPharma businesses.

The Rutgers Mini-MBA: BioPharma Entrepreneurship combines Rutgers faculty lectures, visits by successful entrepreneurs, and team projects to provide participants with a unique hands-on experience while developing their business plans and networking with the entrepreneurship community at Rutgers. - Write compelling and thorough business plans
