RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS & ATTITUDE:
- Assortment & Allocation: Plan product selection, manage store layouts, and handle inventory allocation and replenishment
- Inventory & Performance Analysis: Monitor stock levels and analyze sales performance to optimize category growth
- Market Benchmarking: Review competitor trends and support event-driven merchandising strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or any related field
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising
- Communication: Good in English and Filipino. (Interest in motorcycles or gears is a plus!)
SKILLS & ATTITUDE:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office tools and business software
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, creative, and happy to work with a team
