Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage crew and pre-order meal procurement processes and coordinate with suppliers.
• Supervise daily catering setup, ensuring completeness and proper packaging.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, including temperature checks and sanitation.
• Oversee returns management, ensuring discrepancies are reported and resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventories, and safety checks in compliance with company policies.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• College graduate with at least 1 year of experience in food quality assurance or related field.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Halal requirements.
• Experience in meal planning, warehouse management, or similar roles.
