About the role

The MCA Creative is responsible for defining, developing, and executing the creative direction for MCA products for their assigned country/ies across Asia, ensuring all outputs are aligned with the GoTyme brand guidelines, partner brand requirements, and regional business objectives.

This role will help adopt/build scalable creative systems for a multi-country, multi-brand environment by creating co-branded products, and helping develop design rules and reusable frameworks.

  • Work closely and support with the MCA team, global counterparts, internal stakeholders, partners, and local markets to support product build, creative scale, and regional execution.
  • Ensure on-time and in-full delivery of MCA creative requests across assigned brands, partners, markets, and product initiatives.
  • Sustain and expand GoTyme MCA Asia brand guidelines, design templates, and creative frameworks — ensuring consistency across outputs.
  • Support the production of co-branded marketing and product materials by following established brand systems and creative direction, contributing to outputs that reflect GoTyme, partner, and business objectives with consistent quality.
  • Use AI as a creative support tool to improve workflows, speed up production, explore ideas, and adapt content more efficiently, while ensuring human judgment, brand taste, and creative quality remain at the center of all outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in the creative industry
  • Creative execution and project management.
  • Team collaboration and clear communication.
  • Knowledgeable in brand guidelines and brand systems, with the ability to apply them consistently across co-branded creative outputs.
  • Proficiency in creative software and applications, mainly Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • AI-enabled creative productivity.
