The Marketing Officer is responsible for executing and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, support sales growth, and enhance customer engagement across digital, traditional, and trade channels. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches while ensuring brand consistency and achieving business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across digital, traditional, and trade channels in accordance with approved marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, printers, and other vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign requirements.
  • Monitor campaign timelines and ensure projects are completed within schedule.

2. Content Management and Brand Support

  • Execute marketing initiatives, including social media management, digital advertising, merchandising, in-store promotions, and dealer activations.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals, promotional materials, product launches, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, product visibility, and customer engagement, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation.

3. Market Research and Performance Monitoring

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to support marketing strategies.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and trade activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports, presentations, and maintain accurate marketing documentation.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other internal departments to align marketing initiatives with business and revenue objectives.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects as assigned.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, trade marketing, or sales support. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva); knowledge of SEO/SEM and basic graphic design is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and willing to conduct fieldwork when required.
