About the Role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help manage and execute our digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be the glue that keeps our marketing projects moving forward. You will coordinate with internal teams (such as our Ads Specialists, designers, SEO, and content creators) and serve as a reliable point of contact for our clients to ensure deliverables are delivered on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, track daily deliverables, and ensure the creative and technical teams are aligned on campaign targets.
- Client Communication: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts. Send regular updates, schedule alignment meetings, and handle client inquiries professionally
- Campaign Support: Assist in setting up, reviewing, and launching digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Double-check all creative assets and copy before they go live to maintain quality control
- Reporting & Analytics: Gather data from marketing platforms (like Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) and help compile clear, straightforward monthly reports for clients

Administrative Tasks: Organize marketing files, document meeting minutes, and update internal project management boards or sheets.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably), account management, or project coordination—preferably within a digital marketing agency setting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of basic digital marketing concepts (Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, Content Marketing)
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You must be comfortable speaking directly with clients and managing internal team dynamics
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Attitude: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under a hybrid setup.
