Responsibilities

The position is primarily responsible for:

  • providing service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
  • assisting Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services
  • performing start and end of day banking activities
  • ensuring correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities
  • ensuring compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements
  • assisting in achieving bank’s financial targets
  • performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Business Course
  • Proficiency in computer and business applications
  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Chinatown Area
