Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in planning, developing, and implementing OSH programs
- Knowledgeable in required safety reports / DOLE reports
- Knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001) and Work Environment Measurement (WEM)
- Preferably residing in Laguna.
- Handle administrative documentation, contracts, and supplier relations
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supplies, company events, and company vehicles
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies in compliance with ISO 45001 and DOLE regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits
- Prepare and submit required DOLE safety reports and compliance documents
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning
