Position: Manufacturing Project Manager

Work Location: Lipa City, Batangas
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 gross
Work Set Up: On‑site
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
4 years of project management experience in manufacturing (precision parts/automotive preferred)
Knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) and quality systems (IATF 16949)
Proficiency in project management tools; CAD/engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage
Experience in multicultural/PEZA environments
Job Responsibilities
Lead projects for new product development, process improvements, and facility setups
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Manage compliance with automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949/ISO)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) and risk management
