Position: Project Engineer
Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive
Work Location: Lipa City, Batangas
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 40,000
Work Set Up: On‑site
Job Requirements
~Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field (Licensed Engineer is a plus)
~Experience in manufacturing or project engineering (precision parts/automotive preferred)
~Knowledge in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
~Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP
~Strong technical problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
~Experience in PEZA‑registered or export‑oriented factories is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
~Lead technical aspects of projects including product development, process improvements, tooling/jig design, and equipment installation
~Prepare project APQPs and PPAPs
~Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
~Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement (Lean, 6S, Kaizen)
~Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality metrics; prepare progress reports for management
~Support validation testing, trial runs, and handover to operations
~Ensure compliance with safety, ISO/IATF standards, and PEZA requirements
