Manufacturing Industrial Engineer II

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination with manufacturing.
• Communicate with Capacity Planner for any capacity changes.
• Maintain accurate capacity models for capacity declaration, long term/short term, Supply Review Analysis and Free capacity improvement analysis.
• Ensure enough capacity to support customer demand.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2–3 years of experience in capacity and planning.
• Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing process.
• Computer proficient and with excellent communication skills.
• With strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Can work under pressure.
