Primary Responsibilities:

Analytics & Decision Support

  • Own the procurement analytics framework, including spend cube, dashboards, KPIs, and insight cadence.
  • Set standards for data refresh, reconciliation, and data quality across sources.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly insight packs and targeted deep dives, translating data into clear recommendations for Category and BU leaders.
  • Govern value tracking (negotiated → implemented → realized) and ensure accurate, auditable savings reporting.

Supplier Performance & Risk

  • Own supplier performance analytics, including scorecards, thresholds, and escalation triggers.
  • Govern the supplier risk register and proactively surface performance, risk, and systemic issues to Procurement leadership.
  • Ensure a reliable, single source of truth for supplier data (contracts, orders, invoices, metrics, and actions).

Governance & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Define and enforce data governance, taxonomy, and analytics ways of working.
  • Partner with Category Managers and BUs to align insights with sourcing and business decisions.
  • Prioritize analytics initiatives and coach analysts/specialists as applicable.
  • Serve as the analytics and performance thought partner for Strategic Procurement leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, Finance, or other highly analytical discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain analytics, finance analytics, or related roles.
  • Solid experience in Data Analytics & Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Well-versed in SAP, S4, or other P2P Systems
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Exposure to project and supplier performance management, savings tracking, or procurement governance preferred.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
