- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Business/Public Administration, Education, Psychology, Sociology or Human Resource Management. Having Post Graduate Studies (graduated or has taken units) is an advantage
- At least two (2) certifications in any of the following: Training the Trainer, Facilitation Skills, Powerful Presentation Skills, Coaching for Success/Breakthrough Coaching, Proactive Customer Service, Management Development, Supervisory Development Training
- At least seven (7) years of part-time/full-time college teaching and/or corporate training; Has designed and managed learning and development programs in the last two (2) years; With substantial exposure in administering various assessment tools
- Exposure in any of the following types of firms an advantage: manufacturing, BPO, healthcare, academic institution, not-for-profit organization
- Knowledgeable or with training in Human Capital Development, Succession Planning and Management, Business Process and Improvement, Customer Experience, Design Thinking and Innovation, Coaching Frameworks, 360-Degree Feedback, and Conflict Management Resolution
- Independent, results-driven, and collaborative
