WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS?
- Assist in processing and monitoring visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Prepare, organize, and verify client documents for DOLE and Immigration compliance
- Coordinate internally regarding lacking requirements and application updates
- Monitor visa validity, deadlines, and government compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems
- Prepare reports and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and documents
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Office Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willing to learn DOLE, Immigration and visa processing procedures
- Experience in documentation or admin work is an advantage but not required
- Trustworthy, responsible, and customer-service oriented
