Overview
The Mall Operations Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and efficient management of the mall’s daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s standard operating procedures and service excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Manage operational expenses, staffing, scheduling, and administrative functions.
- Supervise key service areas including housekeeping, security, food services, carpark operations, engineering, and special projects.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences that foster tenant satisfaction, drive foot traffic, and encourage repeat patronage.
- Monitor and control common area costs while implementing initiatives to enhance profitability.
- Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, customers, service providers, and local government units (LGUs).
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards related to engineering systems, construction projects, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate property maintenance, construction activities, public safety, and outsourced services.
- Support the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) in executing programs aimed at increasing sales and operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of mall operations, engineering systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in expense management, service quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
