Major Accounts Executive (MAE) – Zamboanga

Are you passionate about sales, customer management, and driving business growth? We are looking for a Major Accounts Executive (MAE) to manage key customers and accelerate business performance across strategic accounts in Zamboanga. The role combines account management, business planning, distributor collaboration, and execution excellence to deliver sustainable growth. Based on internal MAE role documentation, the position focuses on revenue growth, customer development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key modern trade and local key accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and execute Joint Business Plans.
• Deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets.
• Drive excellent in-store execution, availability, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate closely with distributor partners and cross-functional teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute category expansion initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking with customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Experience in Key Accounts, Distributor Management, Sales, or Customer Development is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Results-driven with a strong passion for winning in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of the Zamboanga trade environment is an advantage.
