Job Responsibilities

Cosmetigroup Int'l Corporation is looking for a reliable Logistics Staff to assist the company with all transport-related duties. The responsibilities of Logistics Staff include receiving, storing and preparing products. It also includes checking the conformity of received and dispatched products.

• Assist in Preparing Material Request for Various Sites
• Assist in Inventory Management
• Receiving and Checking the Purchased Items Delivered
• Prepare items for delivery.
• Preparing and picking up merchandise from the warehouse.
• Loading the products and deliver to various locations.
• Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Assist in basic maintenance
• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on facial machines and other related equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Operate company vehicles and perform transportation services for official company tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete maintenance and operational tasks.
• Be willing to render overtime work or extend working hours, including after mall operating hours, whenever required for branch renovations, installations, repairs, maintenance, or other operational requirements.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years and up of professional driving experience
• Knowledge of repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining facial machines or equivalent electronic/mechanical equipment.
• With Driver license restriction of #123 (Professional)
• Ability to use maps and GPS systems
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes
• With a Bachelor's Degree, Vocational course or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers, and subordinate
• Superb organizational and Time Management skills
• Possesses basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Must be willing to work at Cebu
  
  

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
