Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or a culinary arts certificate/vocational degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a hotel, resort, or dining restaurant.
  • Solid foundation in basic cooking methods (sauting, broiling, grilling) and safe knife handling.
  • Valid Food Handler License and Level 1 or 2 Food Safety Awards (e.g., HACCP certification) is an advantage.
  • Can start ASAP.
