We are looking for members that can serve our members; you will be an integral part of our mission. You will be serving a broad range of personal tasks and working closely with the copilot and operations team to accomplish tasks on behalf of our members.
Tasks can span from organize information on a Google Sheet that we display to members; calling doctor offices, customer service reps, hotels, salons, etc. to gather information regarding to availability and pricing; creating and sending google calendar invites; finding gifts from our vendor approved sites and organizing the information to present to members. For now, the agent will not be communicating directly with our members; but will be communicating with other vendors and businesses for information collection.

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Highly organized, detailed oriented and tech-savvy.
- Has great time-management skills and is very conversational.
- High deductive reasoning skills and proactive problem solver.
- Smart, strategic thinker and a tactical executer.
- Is "in-the-know" of great spots and enjoys being creative.
- Clear track record of exhibiting Full Potential core values.
- Empathizes with the program's mission of empowering working parents and democratizing access to personal assistants.
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule - availability for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Superior web navigation and computer skills.
- Experience in using G- Suite, Zendesk will serve as an advantage.
- Candidates should possess at least 2 years of Call Center experience, with a preference for those who have experience in other verticals such as customer service, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning is an advantage.
- Experience in resolving and handling complex concerns from customers is an advantage.
- Omni-channel call center experience is a valuable asset.
- A strong interest in high-end lifestyle, along with enthusiasm for posh living and fashion, is an added advantage.
- Educational qualifications include at least 2 years in college in any course, or being a Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
