- Co-develop extensive program that will serve as LP&D database for Monde Nissin. This will cover policies, work instructions and processes.
- Create an effective system to execute and maximize virtual platform.
- Design and create materials needed for LP&D.
- Create a system to facilitate smooth online orientation and deployment to the departments.
- Interface with concerned parties on the progress and development of the project.
- Prepare end project report to evaluate outcome of the project
- Graduate of Psychology or any related course
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and other productivity tools; Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Canva/other editing tools is preferable.
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Presentation skills
