As we continue to expand, we are looking for a confident and results-driven Landlord Acquisition Executive to join our office-based team in the Philippines. You will work directly with UK-based clients, helping identify property opportunities, engage with landlords, and book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential landlords, estate agents, letting agents, and property owners across the UK.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, property portals, and other prospecting methods.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Keep accurate records of leads and activities within the CRM.
- Contact prospective landlords and introduce the company's leasing solutions.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding the landlord's property portfolio and requirements.
- Schedule appointments for the UK Property Acquisition team.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Build positive relationships with landlords and property professionals.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience.
- Handle objections confidently and identify opportunities to progress conversations.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
- Help expand the company's landlord network across the UK.
- Support ongoing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities within target locations.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes.
- Update lead trackers and appointment schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Ensure all client information is recorded accurately.
Essential Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Business Development, Telesales, Outbound Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident making outbound calls to UK-based clients.
- Experience building rapport and handling objections.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Target-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Willing to work UK business hours.
- Experience supporting UK-based clients or campaigns.
- Background in real estate, property sourcing, property management, lettings, or estate agency.
- Familiarity with the UK property market is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience using LinkedIn, online property portals, or lead generation tools.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with property professionals.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Professionalism, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- A passion for sales and business development.
