We are looking for Junior Master Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business rules and data governance standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience with SAP modules and data management tools.

Responsibilities

Master Data Maintenance

  • Create and update master data records (e.g., materials, vendors, customers) in SAP.
  • Ensure data is entered accurately and in line with company standards.
  • Perform basic data validation and cleansing tasks.

Data Quality Support

  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
  • Support regular data audits and quality checks.
  • Follow data governance policies and procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with business users (procurement, finance, logistics) to understand data needs.
  • Escalate data issues to senior analysts or data owners when necessary.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation for data processes and changes.
  • Generate reports to support data quality monitoring.

Learning & Development

  • Participate in training on SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI) and data management tools.
  • Gain exposure to data governance frameworks and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong data entry and validation skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (especially SAP or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
