- Entering AP invoices/working with automation that we’re setting up for AP
- Preparation of the billing for machines
- Monthly recurring/repeating invoices, journals, credits, and other tasks
- Daily AR
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Updating of monthly (reconciliation) spreadsheets
- Processing monthly claims from suppliers
- Requesting receipts for credit cards
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Debt Collection.
- High proficiency in maintaining spreadsheets and accurate data entry.
- Ability to perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Understanding of cost allocation for AP
- Experience managing remittance advice for AR.
Understanding of the Australian market, specifically GST principles.
Prior experience in general administrative roles.
