En un día normal tendrás que:
- Supervisar todas las actividades del ciclo Contract to Cash (C2C), incluyendo gestión de órdenes, facturación, cobranzas, control de crédito, cartera, aplicación de pagos, manejo de disputas y control de notas crédito.
- Gestionar la exposición de riesgo y apoyar la liberación de materiales conforme a las políticas de crédito.
- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de alto desempeño, asegurando prioridades claras, seguimiento de KPIs, indicadores y responsabilidades.
- Monitorear y optimizar indicadores financieros clave como DSO (días de cartera), cartera vencida y desempeño del flujo de caja.
- Colaborar de manera transversal con equipos internos como Ventas, Operaciones (Field), Contabilidad, Legal e IT, así como con proveedores externos (BPO).
- Impulsar iniciativas de estandarización, automatización y mejora continua de los procesos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, controles SOX y normativas locales.
- Actuar como punto focal para auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con el proceso C2C.
- Identificar y mitigar riesgos dentro del ciclo Order to Cash, garantizando controles sólidos.
- Elaborar y presentar reportes de desempeño y análisis financieros a la alta dirección.
- Educación: Profesional en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles similares relacionados con Contract to Cash, facturación y cobranzas, incluyendo liderazgo de equipos. Sólidos conocimientos en facturación, gestión de crédito, cobranzas, conciliación de pagos y administración de cartera.
- Formación deseable: Habilidades deseables: Experiencia comprobada en sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle o similares). Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de liderazgo. Capacidad para influir en equipos multifuncionales y liderar cambios en entornos complejos. Idioma: Inglés intermedio/avanzado
