Job Purpose
Responsible for performing janitorial duties for the office and related areas. Supports the Administrative Services team to achieve and provide quality customer service at all times.
Duties And Responsibilities
General Specification
Education : At least High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate holder
Specialized Skills : Housekeeping Knowledge of cleaning products Can perform minor
maintenance repairs
Experience : Six months or more related working experience
Competency Specification
Knowledge : Housekeeping and Maintenance Soft
Skills : Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow
verbal and written instructions Time management / can
prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work effectively with a team
Technical Skills : Housekeeping and Maintenance
Attitude : Willing to work long hours, public holidays as required Flexible,
effective team work and interpersonal skills
Responsible for performing janitorial duties for the office and related areas. Supports the Administrative Services team to achieve and provide quality customer service at all times.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Cleans and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents)
- Cleans and sanitize restrooms
- Restocks supplies in restrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Maintains janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner
- Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition
- Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Performs other routine maintenance duties as assigned
