What You Will Do
- Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users both in-person and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
- Manage LAN/WAN networks and assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in deploying software applications and ensuring licensing compliance.
- Monitor network performance, implement security measures, and respond to incidents.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT systems and issues.
- Provide training to users on IT tools and security best practices.
- Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
- Ensure excellent customer service in responding to user requests and IT concerns.
- Support local and international station IT needs and provide remote assistance when required.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the IT Manager.
Required Educational Background
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course in Information Technology , Computer Science , or related field
- With hands-on experience in desktop support, network troubleshooting, and system administration
- Knowledgeable in basic cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery
- Reliable, analytical, and calm under pressure
- Service-oriented and collaborative
- Strong communication and diagnostic skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn new technologies
