Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Support end-users with IT-related issues and inquiries
  • Monitor network security and enforce security policies
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to technical documentation
  • Perform regular system backups and updates
