Position: IT Specialist
- Responsible for precise troubleshooting and repair networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop.
- Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems.
- Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other computing flatforms. Organize workstation and cable management.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Monthly IT Audit and keep all PCs with optimum performances with all latest updates and patches.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and getting a minimum of 4 quotes for further approval.
- Answers incoming calls and provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- File and maintain IT-related records.
- Visit branches and check computers and CCTVS.
- Back-up CCTV footages of branches every month and safekeep the back-up files.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.
- Coordinate repairs of office equipment and machines with respective suppliers.
- Cover the reception area when necessary.
- Perform other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.
- With relevant experience (especially in POS)
- With a bachelor's degree in IT-related courses.
- Can work ASAP.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig City.
