About the Role:

The Deployments Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of installation, removal, and relocation of our clients devices. The role ensures all deployment activities are completed on time, within scope, and in line with operational standards and customer expectations, while maintaining strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of all deployment requests from initiation through to completion.
  • Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed service levels and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce, including status updates, milestones, and next actions.
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers and escalate where required to minimise impact.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Helpdesk, Field Services, Warehouse, SysOps) and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy in job scoping, quoting, and execution to minimise rework.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring expectations are managed and outcomes are delivered to a high standard.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending practical enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and information security standards, including Work Health and Safety requirements.

Principal Duties

Coordination

  • Manage all deployment requests within Salesforce from creation to closure.
  • Coordinate installations, removals, and relocations activities in line with defined processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, technicians, and third service providers to schedule and deliver deployment activities efficiently.
  • Source and validate quotes for hardware delivery and installation, ensuring cost effective outcomes.
  • Track and manage all deployment deliverable to ensure timely completion.
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers and escalate where required to minimise impact.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of coordination for all deployment related activities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and timely updates.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with merchants, contractors, and internal teams.

Systems & Case Management

  • Maintain accurate case updates, including current status, next steps, and completion notes.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all deployment data is recorded accurately to support reporting and operational visibility.

Quality & Compliance

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure deployments meet operational and customer standards.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of deployment processes, systems, and requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending practical enhancements.
