  • Develop investor-facing narratives, equity stories, and strategic positioning.
  • Support fundraising, capital raising, and investor relations activities.
  • Analyze market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare investor decks, earnings materials, and strategic communications.
  • Partner with leadership to align business strategy with investor expectations.
  • Focus: Investor communication, fundraising strategy, valuation narrative, market positioning

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or strategy consulting.
  • Strong understanding of valuation, capital markets, and equity storytelling.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
  • IB / PE background strongly preferred.
