The Investigation Specialist's role is to review and investigate assigned cases, confirms fraudulent applications, identify the fraud type, modus, people or entities involved and represent the company in prosecution and litigation of cases as needed.

The Investigation Specialist's role is to review and investigate assigned cases, confirms fraudulent applications, identify the fraud type, modus, people or entities involved and represent the company in prosecution and litigation of cases as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Manages the cases of the AOR performance assigned.
- Conducts investigation on cases of possible fraudulent activities, verifies submitted information using any available methods, tools and resources and sends accurate report within agreed SLA.
- Conducts Anti Fraud Awareness on his/her assigned AOR.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports new and recurring fraud trends based on data from investigation results.
- Constantly reviews investigation process and procedures and recommends process improvements.
- Represents the company and testifies in prosecution and litigation of criminal cases and assists in recovery of losses and damages.
- Performs all other tasks as directed by the Superiors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Criminology or any related field
- Defensive Driving Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint , Teams and Outlook)
- Knowledge on rules of court - criminal procedures
- Knowledge on rules of procedure for small claims cases
