Title: Inventory Assistant
The R&D Assistant – Inventory Control is responsible for managing SAP transactions, monitoring inventory, and supporting the daily production of coded key mixes to meet production requirements while ensuring quality and food safety standards.
The R&D Assistant – Inventory Control is responsible for managing SAP transactions, monitoring inventory, and supporting the daily production of coded key mixes to meet production requirements while ensuring quality and food safety standards.
- Monitors raw materials and finished goods inventory to support production needs.
- Ensures timely SAP requisition and issuance based on daily forecasts.
- Produces coded key mixes in accordance with schedule and specifications.
- Conducts quality checks and ensures proper documentation of production reports.
- Performs daily inventory monitoring and maintains accuracy with zero variance.
- Supports process improvements and coordinates with QA on quality initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of production areas and equipment.
- College level (at least 2 years in a technical/vocational course) or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in food manufacturing or R&D.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SAP is an advantage.
- Open to fresh candidates willing to learn and be trained.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Danao, Cebu on a shifting schedule (including weekends/holidays).
