Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory and Finance Support Specialist who will be responsible for managing inventory accounting activities, fixed asset support, and finance administrative processes. The role ensures accurate recording, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and financial standards.

We are seeking candidates who can join our team as soon as possible. Applicants who are available to start immediately or within a short notice period are highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Accounting
  • Generate and prepare inventory-related reports from ERP systems such as Oracle and MFGPro.
  • Prepare supporting schedules for inventory reports and perform inventory valuation activities.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliations between physical counts and system records.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to inventory.
  • Assist in cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities, including documentation and reporting.

Fixed Asset and Asset Management
  • Support asset tagging initiatives, including RFID and barcode implementation.
  • Monitor asset movements and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist in asset tracking and inventory control processes.

Finance Administrative Support
  • Perform finance-related administrative tasks and monitor weekly actual spending.
  • Maintain organized documentation and audit trails for financial transactions.
  • Prepare schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and PEZA requirements, when applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
  • Experience in inventory accounting, warehouse accounting, or cost accounting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and internal controls.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, MFGPro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, procurement, and finance departments.
  • Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period are highly preferred.
