Inventory Accounting Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Finance Supervisor to oversee the Inventory Finance team for CCAC as a whole. This role requires strong technical abilities in inventory accounting and knowledgeable of SAP system. Should be able to display excellent judgment and adaptability in decision-making and problem solving, and be able tp influence business partners using fact-based analysis and information.

Responsibilities and Duties Include but not Limited to:

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure that inventory value is accurate and in accordance with GAAP.
• Preparation of key inventory reports and analysis that will assist the management make smart decisions.
• Oversee inventory controls and collaborate closely with internal and external auditors to ensure inventory controls are in place and risks are minimized.
• Engage with SCM to forecast inventory levels and provide insights on inventory transactions and inventory E&O reserves level.
• Supports the Over-all Inventory Reduction Activity of the Company and Monthly Cycle Count and Annual Four Wall Count

• Minimum Qualifications: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or any related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Cost Accounting and Inventory.
• 2-3 years in supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit requirements
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/SAP Hana
• With extensive experience in SAP & ERP
• Effective communication and leadership skills, ability to interact with senior management and present ideas in a concise and digestible manner.
• MBA, CPA is a plus.
