- Consult with clients to determine design preferences, budget, and functional needs for various residential projects.
- Create and present interior design concepts that embody Modularity Home Inc's emphasis on sustainable, modular designs.
- Source furniture, materials, and decor from ethical suppliers, prioritizing our commitment to being an eco-conscious wholesale distributor.
- Oversee design projects from concept through to completion while maintaining close communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, ensuring Modularity Home Inc remains at the forefront of innovative interior solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual design skills and an eye for aesthetic presentation.
- Experience with system design, home design, furniture design, and prototyping.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for creating design concepts and presentations.
- Developing initial design concepts and presenting to clients.
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for interior spaces.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors to execute designs.
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Continuously staying updated on design trends, materials, and industry standards.
- Office setting with visits to design sites as required.
- Collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams.
- Creativity and the ability to visualize concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project scopes.
